The history of social innovation at Notre Dame runs deep starting with our founder Father Sorin and continuing with President Father Theodore “Ted” Hesburgh.
For the last four years, the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurship and Fellow Irish Social Hub (FISH) have hosted the Irish Impact Social Entrepreneurship Conference. The conferences are attended by hundreds of students, alumni, social entrepreneurs, and social investors from around the country. But Irish Impact is not just a conference. It is a hub and resource for all social innovators and entrepreneurs. We will be blogging about best-in-class social entrepreneurs, social innovations, highlighting social entrepreneurs at Notre Dame, and sharing other news and information related to the field of social innovation.
So follow this blog, LIKE us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and join our Irish Impact group on LinkedIn. And please send us any news on social entrepreneurship that you would like us to share to irishimpactnd (at) gmail (dot) com.
Welcome to Irish Impact!
